The jet nozzles from Fondarex, produced in collaboration with Wonjin, are distinguished by their material quality, precision manufacturing, and long-term process stability.

These stainless steel jet nozzles offer high durability, precise and stable cooling performance, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance requirements, making them well-suited for demanding die casting jet cooling applications where process consistency is critical.

STEEL VENTS

The optimized aerodynamic profile of our SCS steel vent maximizes air evacuation efficiency, effectively minimizing gas entrapment during the casting process and accelerating alloy solidification.
Engineered for exceptional durability and precision, the SCS steel vent delivers consistent high-performance operation with a proven service life of up to 400,000 cycles, ensuring prolonged operational reliability and significantly enhanced productivity.

HYDRAULIC VALVE

The newly engineered hydraulic vacuum valve from Fondarex delivers exceptional operational reliability and full compatibility with existing systems.
Designed for maximum flexibility, it enables piston stroke control on demand—either via a position sensor for standard applications or a stroke transducer for advanced control. The transducer option supports precise, programmable piston movement, ensuring optimal evacuation timing, high repeatability, and enhanced process stability in high-performance die casting environments.
